Job duties

Digital marketing initiatives
Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining digital marketing initiatives to improve website performance, usability, search visibility, and overall online presence through the use of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.

Project content and online branding
Support update digital content for real estate development projects located in Arizona and Texas, including preparing project descriptions, coordinating website updates, and ensuring consistency of online branding materials across digital platforms.

Market and competitive research
Conduct market and competitive research related to digital marketing strategies, branding trends, and real estate market activity, and analyze collected data to provide recommendations that support marketing strategy and project promotion.

Vendor and partner coordination
Coordinate with third-party vendors, designers, developers, and marketing partners to support digital initiatives and ensure consistency across online platforms.
05
Various worksites
Work is performed at various worksites.
Travel
Unanticipated monthly domestic travel to Dallas, Texas for project coordination and site-related support.

- 36 months of experience in job offered, Owner, Marketing Coordinator, Business Consultant, Marketing Analyst, or closely related.
Special skills requirements
- Experience in digital marketing strategy execution supporting branding and online engagement.
- Ability to provide online brand development and implementation for business or real estate-related projects.
- Experience in website content management, search engine optimization (SEO) and digital analytics.
- Experience coordinating with vendors and service providers supporting digital initiatives.
- Experience in market research, trend analysis, and competitive assessment.
